Back at the farm, we’re off to the kitchen to transform all these wild plants into delicious pesto, salads and other recipes.

Artisan presentation:
At Jardin de Bizac, an unconditional love of plants guides our every step. In an organic, agroforestry system, we grow over fifteen medicinal plants and trees, which we use to create infusions for health and pleasure, as well as teas, combining them with the produce of other organic growers. A former journalist trained at the Ecole des Plantes in Paris, Emmanuel Raoul has made a name for himself with the quality and originality of his infusion blends. During his workshops, events and walks around plants and their uses, he generously and enthusiastically shares his passion and knowledge of the plant kingdom.
