Between Toulouse, Montauban and Auch, the wines of the Cave des Vignerons de Saint-Sardos are produced on a small Gascon terroir in the heart of Lomagne, under a mild and temperate microclimate, and on clay-siliceous and gravelly soils. AOC since 2011, our wines express themselves through the association of grape varieties that combine the spicy nuances of Syrah with the power and fruitiness of the Tannat “cassis” complemented by the fruity freshness of Cabernet Franc and the roundness of Merlot. Our identity is reflected in this unique blend, producing traditional aging wines that can evolve into more complex notes of spice, licorice and truffle. In fight reasoned on the whole vineyard.
