Patricia and Laurent Gaspard present their eaux de vie de bouche all in finesse and elegance. They are distilled in a copper Stupler still. Passionate about Italian grappa, they make eaux de vie with finesse, balance and purity. To make these fruit, marc or wine eaux de vie, Patricia and Laurent look for an irreproachable raw material so that the typicality is just right. We invite you to discover this small distillery located in the village of Saint-Jean De Minervois which owes its name to the mythical grape variety Muscat Petit Grain.
