Unser Weingut produziert seit 1827 charaktervolle Weine auf dem prestigeträchtigen Terroir von Tautavel. Wir keltern mit Respekt für die Umwelt und das Terroir Rotweine mit der Appellation Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel. Unsere Vins Doux Naturels (tuilé, ambré, éclat, muscat) werden aus den katalanischen Rebsorten hergestellt und bieten die Quintessenz der Mittelmeersonne. The Bonzoms family has been operating 35 ha of vines and 5 ha of scrubland (where beehives and orchards are located) organically since 2009 and have just obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) label.
