The Domaine de Donadille is a 60-hectare estate at the heart of the Costières de Nîmes and is on the grounds of the Nîmes-Rodilhan farming college.
This estate is managed according to the traditional practices of a winegrowing estate, but it also doubles up as a training school and plays a part in the development of the local farming industry through its experimental work and demonstrations.
The estate is mainly devoted to winemaking, with 30 hectares of vines, but there is also an experimental 2-hectare olive grove here, as well as other crops such as almond trees.
There are two permanent members of staff working here full-time and the estate has its own winemaking cellar, wine-tasting cellar and shop.
