Winegrowers for 4 generations, the Domaine des Luces vinifies 14 ha and offers wines under the appellation IGP Cévennes. Respectful of the environment, Michaël offers you AB certified wines.
Their motto ” a dream and a passion in a bottle “.

The passion for wine runs in the veins of the Bourrassol family for 4 generations now.

“Keeping part of my production in cooperative, I decided in 2016 to create my own winery in order to realize a dream and a passion in a bottle” and from there was born Le Domaine des Luces …

The domain is located in Saint-Césaire-de-Gauzignan, a small village
nestled in the middle of the vineyards.

Michaël has rigorously selected his parcels after studying a geological map
geological map, in order to bring out the best terroirs for fine and balanced whites, and reds combining strength and power.

For more than 10 years, different techniques have been used to protect the land. By opting for plant cover, he is banking on a virtuous circle. By planting legumes in the fall, these plants grow all winter long. They absorb carbon and the roots decompact the soil. In the spring, the plants are rolled, distributing the stored nitrogen to the vine, this mulch maintains humidity in summer and creates a living soil where biodiversity is present. These environmentally friendly methods, followed by an optimal maturity at harvest time and a necessary maceration time, allow us to present fine and delicate wines.

All the products are under the appellation IGP Cévennes and are produced in organic farming.
