The Domaine, in the Minervois Cru de la Livinière appellation, extends over 4 hectares, equally divided between the communes of Siran and La Livinière, where our private cellar is located. Our parcels above the villages, including Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault are cultivated for low yields and manual harvesting. Medal winners at the Concours Agricole de Paris, the Grands Vins de France de Macon, distinguished by the Guide Hachette and the Revue du Vin de France. In addition to the 4 hectares of vines, the estate has a cellar, a tasting room, a bar-brasserie and guest rooms. Today, the estate produces five vintages, all the grapes are de-stemmed for vinification in thermo-regulated vats followed by a minimum of 14 months’ maturation either in vats or in barrels. We welcome guests to the estate by appointment for different themes and for seminars… We have two events in spring and autumn. Come and share our passion!
