Ariège Evasion, a team of professionals who welcome you to Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains for canoe rentals on the Ariège river.

“Don’t dream your life, live your dreams” is the mantra of David Marfaing, the unconventional founder of Ariège Evasion.

An entrepreneur unlike any other, David has had an unusual career in the mountains.
A nature lover first and foremost, he has been a true pioneer of outdoor sports activities in the Pyrenees. His vision of the tourist economy and his commitment to preserving the environment are more relevant than ever.

Since 1991, canoes have been available for hire without supervision on the most beautiful course in the Pyrenees. These descents of a mountain torrent are free and unaccompanied, level II on a V scale.

Ariège Evasion also offers other activities such as canyoning, cycling, climbing, caving and hiking.
