A century of industrial adventure in Auzat.

Come and discover the history of the aluminum industry that shaped the Auzat region between 1908 and 2003.

An interpretation trail will introduce you to the Pechiney adventure in the Vicdessos valley, through machines from the industrial world or contemporary works of art inspired by aluminum.
Explanatory panels provide a wealth of information on production, factory work and working life. Themes covered along the way: the evolution of the plant, the production line and working conditions, the uses of aluminum and the workers’ housing estate.

The 1h to 1h30 walk can also be done by bike.
