In this old bakery, five generations have made bread…

The park, with its century-old trees and lush green lawns, is home to a large number of bird species, as well as hares and squirrels.
The Gaillac vineyards border the estate, and from the back of the park you can enjoy magnificent views stretching as far as Lavaur.

The estate is ideally situated 45kms from Toulouse, Albi and Castres.
Toulouse, the pink city with its architectural and cultural wealth, but also plunged into the future with the aeronautics industry.
Albi, the episcopal city, and Castres, whose neighbouring Sidobre granite massif is, like Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The immediate proximity of Lavaur, Gaillac, Rabastens, the pastel circuit and the medieval bastides (Cordes), will enable everyone to find visits or activities to suit their tastes.

The independent gîte is located near the owner and another rental property, on a large estate. You can enjoy the covered terrace with garden furniture, which offers a pleasant view of the small lake and the Tarn pigeon house. The swimming pool shared with the owner (6x16m) is surrounded by an enclosed garden, as are leisure facilities such as table tennis, bicycles, mountain bikes and a swing. Access to the municipal tennis court is free.

There is also an enclosed garage for your car.
