First, The Canabal is a place: the inn, beautiful barn, a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. It is also a framework: natural and wild. And finally, it is a good place where you just enjoy local products and heirloom vegetables from the garden (pantry from the hostel) in seasonal assortments. Vegetarian menus on request.
