Situated at the foot of the Plateau de Beille, in the magnificent Aston valley and close to exceptional sites.
Franck, passionate about gastronomy, successfully ran the BEAUCOUP bar-restaurant in Toulouse for 18 years. With Luc, his partner, a former haute couture stylist and design teacher, they decided to turn over a new leaf and return to their native land. They set their sights on renovating a former 19th-century presbytery.
Their aim: to create a warm, gourmet setting.
Quality ingredients, homemade cooking and genuine pleasure: that’s their recipe! The menu, rooted in the seasons, is renewed every week according to the mood and inspiration of the moment.
The three dining rooms offer a warm, intimate atmosphere. No crowds, no distance, just the right amount of space for a good time with your partner, family or friends.
The team – Franck, Luc, chef Bouchra and fairy Anne-Sophie – are delighted to welcome you to this enchanting setting, where time seems to stand still.
