Arrival of the stand up paddle in the Valley du LOT! This brings a very fun approach of Kayaking!
You have to stand up on a long and large board, it opens up new horizons. In July and August, on every Monday and Thursday mornings. Sessions of around 2h with a guide to discover the stand up paddle on river. Booking only.
