About
Les Fontaines d’Arlinde fish farm invites customers of all ages to try their hand at fishing. Whether you’re with the family, on your own or with friends, you’ll be able to bring home fario, rainbow and salmon trout.
The basins have been designed to be dry, so that the fish can be kept in the central bowl. This means that the walls are cleaned and disinfected by the sun’s rays, and the central bowl is brushed.
We offer our stock plenty of space, well-oxygenated spring water at 12.5°C, clean basins and quality feed, and as a result, our fish are in excellent health, requiring no special care at any time. We are opposed to antibiotic treatment unless it is absolutely necessary (Our breeding booklet records our fish farming practices).
Production and sale of smoked trout, trout soup and trout terrine.
