This is not the story of a family of winemakers, it is that of Alain Cavailles, a wine enthusiast, driven by a tenacious desire to own vineyards and make wine… He started this adventure 10 years ago on the heights of the small village of Magrie near Limoux and just 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Vines that overlook a fabulous landscape and climatic influences show the quality and harmony between the powerful aroma and the freshness of the products grown. It is here that Alain Cavailles produces his PDO Limoux sparkling and still wines, with a constant respect for all that is living.
