About
Our cooperative is one of the first that has been created in 1979, a cellar specific for appelation wines in which using whole grapes is an exclusively technique of winemaking (carbonic maceration). This technique requires manuel harvesting of grapes without any crushing of the grapes. Experts and motivated producers made a strict selection of the plots of land and a very fine assembly that have led to very exclusive wines, recognized by European professionals and which the winemakers of the Cella Vinaria are happy and proud to offer. Range of wines: AOC Minervois La Livinière, AOC Minervois, Vin de pays des Côtes du Brian, Vin de pays d’Oc conventional and organic. Bottles, Bag in a box (bota bag) and in bulk.
