A small, cosy and cool wine-cellar. We will soon be celebrating the Cellier des Demoiselles’ fiftieth birthday, a tribute to women winemakers who, during two terrible wars, have tended to the vines and saved our tools of the trade. Today, traditions, history and land join hands with modernity and innovation. The land hasn’t changed, hillsides facing due south, controlled, hand harvested production from traditional grape varieties such as Carignan and Grenache noir. Cyclists welcome.
