These 50 year old vines owe their particularity to their location on a contour around a hill culminating at 220 meters. With the 4 exposures, in a schist soil, with a very low pH which gives aromatic and very structured juices. The complexity of the land, rather ungrateful to work, implies a traditional approach and little mechanization. The attention paid to the respect of the vine and its deep nature of plant liana imposes soft pruning techniques but all these efforts are rewarded by grapes of an exceptional quality.
