About
Situated in Prayssac, near Cahors, the Camp Del Saltre Delbru castle is a family establishment. It is made up of 21 hectares of vines with 19 hectares in AOC, 85% of the production is Malbec. Thanks to a traditional cultivation of the vine and a traditional wine making process, we received several medals at the best French wines competition of Mâcon and at the independent winegrower competition. Our establishment is open from Monday to Saturday, to take tourists on individual or group (on reservation) tours of our cellars, followed by a tasting, a sale of local products (service dependent on availability) and of our own wines: “AOC” wine of Cahors, bottled Rosé “vins de pays”, wine fountains. Part of the harvest is put into oak barrels.
