Château Cicéron, a favourite setting in the heart of nature! In this estate with a breathtaking view of Alaric, you can stay in guest rooms or hostels and also take advantage of a wine tasting session with commentary on the wines of this estate (PDO Corbières and PGI Pays d’Oc) in the cellar or on the beautiful terrace outside overlooking the garden. The 10 ha that make up the surroundings of the estate have been designed like an experimental garden: the choice of grape varieties and rootstock has been carried out according to the type of soil and climate, for the best pairing of local “terroir” / grape variety. Discover this experimental vineyard during guided tours, followed by a wine-tasting with direct product sales (wine and olive oil) in the cellar. To organise your events, a kitchen and a seminar room are available for you on reservation.
