About
35 km west of the town of Cahors, Nathalie and Robert Lescombes welcome you to Château Paillas. Located near the small village of Floressas, on the edge of the Quercy Causse overlooking the Lot valley, Château Paillas produces exclusively Cahors Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée wines. Wishing to let our terroir fully express itself and preserve its typicity, we have chosen not to mature our wines in oak barrels and to proceed with a traditional and minimalist vinification. We thus obtain sincere, fruity, supple wines with silky tannins. Come and discover them on our family estate.
Visites : Group visits by appointment. The visit starts outside the château, with a presentation of the estate, then a visit of the vineyard and the winery. Tasting of several vintages.
