‘The Château-tower of Miraval : the desire to share my world and my passion.’ Deeply attached to her land, Evelyne, who is passionate about wine, occupies her family house built in the typical local Quercy Blanc style. The vineyard covers 4 hectares and produces about 8000 bottles of wine per year. She will introduce you to her production of AOC Cahors in the château itself, with its long history dating back to the 16th century. Come and find out about the traditional Malbec/Merlot wine; the prestige 100% Malbec Perle Noire; and the exceptional 100% Malbec aged in oak.
