More than a family heritage, it is a soul that makes Clos Bagatelle unique. This perfectionism tinged with lightness is the hallmark of each of the vintages produced from the four terroirs of the estate. Clos Bagatelle was created in 1623, in the heart of Saint Chinian. For 5 generations, the vineyard has been passed down from mother to daughter. Marie-Françoise has been running the estate since 1963 and was the first to push back the frontiers of the vineyard, heading for the Muscat de Saint Jean de Minervois. Christine took the reins in 1995, helped by her brother Luc. Seduced by the richness of the terroirs of Saint Chinian, they completed the vineyard with the plots of Donnadieu and Assignan.
