The estate, situated on the edge of the village, extends over a series of terraces and a plateau overlooking a pond. The family property of 30ha has been exploited since 1974 to perpetuate the traditional know-how of the winegrower. The terroir ranges from the hillside, characterised by its clayey-gravelly soil, to the meagre quaternary terraces where the pebbles give the grape varieties their typical character. Fabienne Roulier continues to improve the vineyard by introducing Marselan to enrich the range of red wines, Muscat petit grain to make dry or sweet wines for the whites and Nieluccio for a gourmet rosé.
