DOMAINE BONZOMS

About

The Bonzoms family has been operating 35 ha of vines and 5 ha of scrubland (where beehives and orchards are located) organically since 2009 and have just obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) label. The fruits of the orchard are dedicated to jams, original vinegars, jellies, syrups, fruit jellies … All these products are on sale at the main cellar and at the Les Trésors du Terroir shop. There are also small organic nuggets of peasant friends: essential oils, saffron, cookies, fruit juices, lemonades, beers, olive oils … We would forget that Domaine Bonzoms is a family story of winegrowers. (since 1827!) and a way of working closer to nature. Expressive wines, with a sacred character, very Mediterranean, with aromas of forest fruits and hints of garrigue. Come and meet a couple of passionate winegrowers and their children who will share with you their attachment to this arid land yet so rich in preserved flavors.
