About
The plots of land cultivated in Minerve, in the heart of the Minervois region, on sloping clay-limestone soils, allow for the production of well-structured wines with light touches of red fruits, spices and garrigue. The red wines obtained from a blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah manually harvested and vinified in carbonic maceration can be served with red meats, cassoulet, dishes in sauce… The rosé wines made from Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, vinified by erraflage with temperature control, will perfectly accompany summer meals.
