About

The respect of ancestral customs is, here, more than a method, a true philosophy. The manual harvest, the careful vinification, the very gentle pressing in the old-fashioned way (hydraulic press), the successive maturing in casks, the bottling on the estate itself, are the different testimonies of this. However, all the most recent technologies in terms of vineyard management or winemaking are used when they make it possible to enhance the quality of the wines obtained. This is how we de-stemm the harvest, how we are equipped with thermo-regulated vats, and how our wine is subject to regular analytical and organoleptic monitoring. All this with a single aim: “Natural and beneficial, the wine must above all remain a real pleasure for those who taste it”.
