About
La Difference is the story of 3 wine-loving friends who dreamed of making great nectar in Roussillon: “Sauvage is the vine, promising is the bunch. She wants us and we’ll be proud of her. ” The vineyard extends over 12 ha at the foot of the Tautavel Vingrau cirque in the heart of a breathtaking landscape dominated by steep cliffs. On these clay-limestone and schistose marl soils, the work from the vines to the cellar is carried out with great environmental concern, with minimal use of chemical inputs. The Tautavel terroir, passion and know-how have made the difference in glass for the past fifteen years. In the cellar, Ghislaine will make you taste the treasures of the estate and you will be won over by her professionalism and kindness. She will tell you the story of the estate’s great cuvée, quite simply called La Difference. A work of goldsmith in the development from a plot of 1.4 ha.
