About
Alexandre Fouque – champagne oenologist, professor at the wine university in Suze-la-Rousse and founder of the estate – finally fulfilled his dream of making his own wines. This is how Domaine la Tour Penedesses, in existence for more than 11 generations, came to establish its winery in Gabian. In 2004, a second winery and tasting room carved into centuries-old stone and schist vaults were established in the centre of the commune of Faugères.
