Since its creation in 1989, the Domaine has been using cultivation methods that allow the best expression of the terroir.
Controlled by Ecocert since 1999. Certified AB in 2001.

One hour from Toulouse, the Domaine de Peyres-Combe, located at the beginning of the Cordais plateau on the Circuit des Bastides Albigeoises, can be the starting point for walks and hikes or mountain bike rides (marked circuits).
The wines: “They are not charming, they are not seductive, they do not bluff, they do not give you everything at once, they keep the mystery and reveal themselves sparingly…”. This is how the wines of Peyres-Combe could be defined.
Find these flavours that time brings to the wines. We are not talking about old wines but about the time of maturity specific to each wine. This necessity that we have forgotten.

The Gîte
House of 108 m² with stones and exposed beams. Ground floor Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, shower room, wc.
First floor: 3 bedrooms. Covered terrace and garden.

Accueil : Demonstration of disgorging and presentation of the whole process of elaboration of Friselis de Peyres-combe (Bubbles according to the ancestral method)
Questions and answers in the vineyards and in the cellar.
