About
The Domaine des Baies Sauvages is a 40 hectare property established on land surrounding the small village of Nizas near Pézenas. The terroir is made up of rocky causses and clay-limestone slopes. The southern exposure allows the grapes to acquire aromas and flavors from September. The main grape varieties grown are Syrah, Merlot, Clairette, Roussanne, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache The wines produced at the domain are the fruit of a close communion between the man, the grape variety and its soil. Domain in HVE3. Stroll in the vineyards, discovery of the grape varieties, of the wine cellar, tasting of 5 wines with tapas. 6 persons min 25€/pers on reservation. Tasting with balance adapted to the customers between 15 and 25€ according to the formula.
