About

The Domaine des Homs is a vineyard that dedicates 12 hectares to producing PDO Minervois wines and 8 hectares to producing Vin de Pays, located at the foot of the Black Mountain. The land is used to grow Mediterranean varieties with the Syrah and Grenache for red wines and the Viognier, Chardonnay, Muscat à Petit Grains for white wines. The vineyard is managed according to organic farming methods. Very present: in his vineyard from trimming to harvesting activities, or in his winery, Jean-Marc de Crozals always targets high quality requirements in his different jobs. His wines seduce consumers with their balance and finesse.
