Majubier, the signature of an organic olive oil. Winegrowers for several generations and committed to Biodiversity, it is natural that Philippe and Bernadette added to their activity, more than 10 years ago, the cultivation of olive trees and the production of organic olive oil. Wanting to remain a human-sized structure, it is by hand that they harvest the ripe fruit at the Domaine de Majubier, from November onwards, which will then be cold pressed in accordance with organic practices. After natural decanting, the harvest will be bottled in April to allow you to taste this traditional product with Mediterranean flavours. Due to the reduced production volume, this rare oil is mainly available at the Domaine, where the owners will welcome you with pleasure.
