Isolated on a shrubland plateau, Domaine Haut Fontanille produces structured wines with fruity aromas using a traditional wine-making methods from old vines and controlled yields. This knowledge has been passed from generation to generation since 1831 at Laure Minervois. Winemaker Joan Fournil offers a glimpse of the vineyard and its land on canvas. Those wishing to see more can make an appointment at the estate. Tour of the estate, mountain biking in the vineyards (customised to your needs). Botanical trail, old tools museum. Undergoing conversion to organic methods. The estate is open to the public every day on appointment and on Saturdays from 10:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Free wine tasting.
