Meticulous work in the vineyard, warm sun and cool evenings in spring and summer, minimal production, grape harvesting when grapes are perfectly ripe, a dash of audacity, a lot of love and precision in the storehouse.
From the vine to the glass, pure and simple!

Julie Le Breton and Christophe Vial began their adventure in 2016 by creating Domaine LBV near Uzès.
They run 5 hectares of vines in organic farming.
Grenache noir / Syrah / Cabernet Sauvignon and a small plot of white Grenache.

They manage the vineyard with mechanical tillage. Great attention is paid to pruning and green harvesting. They obtain a maximum yield of between 15 and 30 hl/ha.

Lovers in life, lovers of the vine.
We tend to forget that wine is made primarily in the vineyard, with a natural and controlled grassing, we harvest by hand to respect the biotope above all.
We work without artifice in the cellar to preserve the link between the vintage and the terroir.
At LBV, sharing is the watchword!
The wines smell of the sun of Uzès in the Gard (30), a magnificent village at the foot of the Cévennes.

We produce 5 red wines “Les Canailles”, “Le Pello”, “Baltazar”, “Coste joulene”, “Goguette”; and a white wine 100% grenache blanc “Et Caetera”. We work by hand from harvest to bottle.

All our wines are hand-picked, fully de-stemmed and pressed in a 1950s wooden press.
No inputs are used in the cellar, with the exception of a minimal dose of sulphite at bottling.
