The Domaine de Cazal is located at an altitude of 300 meters in the foothills of the Montagne Noire. Its lands of character, classified 100% AOC Minervois, are located in a wild and preserved environment. The newest members of the family, Claude, the winemaker, and his sister Martine, have chosen to combine the family tradition, based on the respect of a vineyard blessed by Bacchus, with the modernity of the cultivation. The land is worked according to the rules of Sustainable Agriculture. All this makes our wines “taste like nowhere else”. On the edge of the Causse and limited by a deep canyon, the Domaine Le Cazal perched on its hill welcomes you in its exceptional natural and wild site.
