Nestled among the hillsides between the Via Domitia and the village of Montagnac, the Saint-Hilaire estate covers 75 hectares, 30 of which are in wine production Dating back to the 18th century, it is owned by Lisa and Nick Kent who run the estate and offer upscale accommodations in the renovated bastide. The wines produced combine the traditional values of the Languedoc with the dynamics of a new world approach Renowned for their award-winning wines, the philosophy is to intervene little and let nature express the qualities of the different terroirs Freshness and minerality are the main assets of the wines produced in this area for 200 years. The winegrowers cultivate ten grape varieties that are typical of the Languedoc region, such as Grenache and Syrah as well as Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, which take on a very special character thanks to the warm and sunny climate of the Languedoc.
