Domaine Salvy
CAHUZAC-SUR-VERE , Tarn
About
The wine estate was created in 1881 by our grandfather, Salvy, and is situated on the limestone plateau of the Cordais region, where only pebbles and holm oaks grow.
From the top of these stony hillsides overlooking the Vère, where the vines draw their energy from deep within the soil, the estate cultivates grape varieties with a Gaillacois accent: Duras and Braucol for the reds, Mauzac and Lenc de l’el for the whites.
You can visit the estate every Thursday in July and August at 7.30pm for 1 hour.
