About
The Rodriguez family farms 56 hectares in the south of France using organic methods that respect the plants. Some fifteen grape varieties make up the family vineyard. Awakening the identity of our plots gives meaning to our range of dry wines and natural sweet wines. Tastings, “sensory walks”, culinary journeys… Explore our Mediterranean garden and discover our soils and grape varieties through workshops designed to stimulate your five senses. The experience continues in our cellar, where you can discover the secrets of the winegrower’s trade, and even taste our wines on the shady terrace. And don’t forget the Can Sol Payré restaurant, serving seasonal local Mediterranean cuisine. Partner of the “Apéritifs Vignerons” offered by the Pyrénées Méditerranée Tourist Office.
