The wines of Domaines Paul Mas are the result of a harmonious symbiosis between an extraordinary region for producing grapes, a passion for the vine and respect for the grapes during the winemaking process, and the talent for blending and maturing: this is the Jean-Claude Mas style. Today, 15 châteaux make up Domaines Paul Mas and express all the wonderful terroirs of the Occitanie region through the most beautiful appellations and crus. Committed to the elimination of all chemical products and in a desire to work the vine in harmony with nature, 40% of the vineyards of the domains are certified organic, 100% is certified in HVE3 with biodynamic farming principles.
