Ferme de la Hulotte : organic farmhouse goat’s cheese : AOP Rocamadour , Goat’s cheese Tomme, Goat’s milk yoghurts, “coeur” and Cajarcois. Near Gréalou on the D 82. Farm opening times : Monday to Friday 10.30 – 12.00 and 18 – 19.00, Saturdays 10.30 – 11.30. Markets : Cajarc, Saturday afternoons. Assier, 1st and 3rd Monday (a.m.) of the month. Livernon, Wednesdays from 17 – 20.00 in July/August. Farm open on Ascension Day (afternoon and evening) : farm visit, market event and farmhouse meal (with the producers from “Escapades Gourmandes en Quercy”).
