In Cébazan, between the Canal du Midi and the Saint-Chinian vineyards, discover L’Oustal del Agradels, a small wine estate scattered over 3 terroirs (sandstone, marl-sandstone, dolomite). The blend of terroir/variety/variety dictates its conduct, its technical and oenological choices to the winegrower who, with simple means, gives its wines their identity and authenticity. Red, white and rosé wines are sold directly at the estate. L’Oustal del Agradels is fortunate to have a coherence between the terroir and the grape variety that allows a characterization of the expression brought by this marriage. The cultivation is carried out in a traditional way with respect for the vine and the soil and the use of minimum inputs. The traditional vinification process gives each grape variety its own authenticity and identity; they are vinified separately and blended only after the wine is finished; from there the wine is matured – put into barrels.
