About
All our plots fall within the Côtes du Roussillon appellation area, but for reasons of freedom we prefer to leave our Elpis wine range in the IGPCC. This allows us to use just one grape variety for each colour of wine: Grenache gris for the white, Grenache noir for the rosé and Syrah for the red. This range is vinified and matured in terracotta amphorae to bring out the very essence of the grape variety. Come and enjoy a guinguette evening from June until 31/08.
