Le Gairidel

About

Founded in 1928, the Cave Coopérative des Vignerons de Saint Julien de Peyrolas, more commonly known as “Le Gairidel”, offers a selection of quality wines from the southern Rhône Valley.

We are a cooperative winery located in the north-east of the Gard department, in the Occitanie region.

We currently have around thirty winegrowers spread over some 200 hectares of vineyards, a Maître de Chais, a consultant oenologist and employees. With its 90 vats, the Saint Julien de Peyrolas cooperative produces around 10,000 hectolitres of wine each year, and also has a store where you can buy and taste our wines.

Renowned for its rich, diversified terroir with stony and clay-limestone soils, you’ll find specific wines in our cellar that are fresh, fruity and full-bodied.
Our constant quest for this balance has given rise to some unmissable cuvées.
2 cuvées were awarded gold and bronze medals at the prestigious Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2023.

We distribute our wines in bottles, bag-in-box and bulk to individuals and professionals.
