This authentic 16th century Languedocien farmhouse is located at the gates of Montpellier, overlooking the Petite Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate is located on the famous terroir of La Méjanelle, superb slopes of rolled pebbles facing south and subject to marine influences. The terroir is made up of rolled pebbles, resting on a clay-limestone soil, benefiting from marine influences, which has the effect of tempering the strong summer heat by preventing water stress. The south-facing slopes benefit from optimum sunshine, the northern winds reduce the development of diseases and allow us to obtain very good ripeness.
