About

Wine is produced in both wineries with grapes of our 205 wine growers our vines cover 1500 hectares and stretch from Roquecourbe to Minerve passing through La Livinière and Cesseras. Wine is made from white grapes (sauvignon, chardonnay, Viognier and muscat) and red grapes (cinsault, syrah,grenache, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc) they are labelled under several classes appellation Minervois, cru la Livinière (a prestigious village wine) and vin d’Oc.Grape the cooperative continues to adapt its growing techniques and oenological practises. New grape varieties are planted to diversify the range of wines. The vines are individually visited to control the quality of their grapes the following selection insures optimal wine quality. A recent purchase of pneumatic presses enables the further improvement in vilification of rosés and a white preserving their fragile aromas thermovinification of reds gives fruity supple and silky wines.
