With a mosaic of terroirs and exceptional landscapes such as the Calamus Gorges, the Cathar castles or the lake on Agly, the cellar, always concerned to preserve this remarkable environment, gives its winegrowers the opportunity to opt for farming practices that respect natural balances and promote biodiversity… Our productions in organic agriculture or our HVE certification are in line with our commitments.
