Le Mas Baux, an old Catalan farmhouse from the 18th century, is located on a superb terroir: a Quaternary terrace between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon, a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean on a site several thousand years old on the edge of the ancient Via Domitia . The grape variety makes it possible to offer a complete range of organic wines, produced with low yields. Here, you will taste more than just wines, they are the fruit of an exceptional encounter between: a history, a terroir and a man. Authentic and true, closer to his vines and this Mediterranean nature Serge Baux works tirelessly to produce these terroir wines to which he has conferred his values. He has chosen organic, respect for nature and institutes as much manual work as possible, such as harvesting, sorting the grapes on the table… elegance.
