Mas des Bressades

About

Founded in the 1960s, Mas des Bressades is located in the Costières de Nîmes region, and stretches across 45 hectares north of the Camargue, where the vines are planted at an altitude of 70 meters, on pebbles rolled by the Rhône.

Cyril has always lived between the vines and orchards of his father Roger Marès. After studying agronomy and viticulture and oenology in Montpellier, he went on to make wine on other continents before taking over the estate.

First in the USA at Chalone Vineyard in 1994, then in Chile with Bruno Prats, owner of Château Cos d’Estournelle and Paul Pontallier, manager of Château Margaux.
These two harvests were the occasion for a trip around the world rich in adventure, encounters and discoveries.

Cyril returned to Costières de Nîmes at Mas des Bressades in 1996, out of a passion for wine and the terroir. His aim is to preserve the terroir’s qualitative potential as far as possible, with the utmost respect for the vines and soils.

Production, tasting and sale of AOC Costières de Nîmes and Vins de Pays du Gard wines.
Open from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, or by appointment.
In summer from July 12, 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday or by appointment.
