About
The former cooperative cellar in the village of Bélesta has been completely refurbished to offer you top-of-the-range hotel and gastronomic services, while retaining its wine-making and historic character. The old cellar has been divided into three parts: the Ribérach wine-making cellar, the design hotel and, above the old wine vats, the restaurant. Set between the sea and the mountains, this former wine cathedral is the perfect place for a themed break, wine tourism and wine tasting. Organic wines and products for sale. July and August: once a week on Tuesdays, wine bar evening (tapas and wine). Off-season: once a month on Thursdays. Visit and wine tasting for a fee.
